The Sleep Apnea Resource Group connects people with the tips and tools they need to treat their sleep apnea on the second Tuesday of each month.
Hill Country Memorial sleep technologist Theresa Cochran and other experts host a roundtable discussion about the obstacles in committing to treatment for sleep apnea, including the challenges in using positive airway pressure masks successfully, equipment maintenance tips, and social and emotional issues.
