HCM Home Care Makes a Group Pledge 45

Working collectively our home care team commits monthly to a new Pledge 45 challenge. May was walk or run 45 miles. April was a pledge to collectively lose 45 pounds. June is giving 45 items to the HCM Thrift Store. On the horizon is a pledge to personally spend 45 minutes a week on stress reduction. Congratulations Team!
