Medicare Quality Program Performance

Patient Experience of Care

Patient experience is collected from patients who have been recently discharged from the hospital to rate their time at the hospital by focusing on ten topics directly related to the patient experience. Through this survey we are able to see what areas HCM is excelling in, and what areas may need some attention. CMS uses these survey results to benchmark HCM’s patient satisfaction against other hospitals in the US.
